Sauteed Shrimp w/ Garlic, White Wine and Cream Reduction

Made Shrimp and Scallops in Garlic Cream Sauce without the scallops since I didn't know what recipe I was making when I stopped at the store. I highly suggest making some nice rolls or picking up some warm bread to dip in the sauce.

Key West - Nov 2007

Key West again!!! This place is sooo laid back. Thanks to lots of travel from work I've accumulated quite a few Hyatt points which allows us to stay in wonderful places!

It was my birthday... so a nice lobster and some wine at the A&B Lobster House was in order.


Two decks on our room this year... this one is huge! It still goes back about 8 feet from where I took the picture! This one looks out over the resort and the pool.


And then this cozy one that looks out over the Gulf.

Blue Point Grill - Princeton, NJ

I spent the better part of three years working in Princeton, NJ... this is the place that made it all worthwhile! BYOB = great wine at a great price. Eating on Nassau Street, and enjoying a cigar after a great meal. And the best Sweet and Spicy Buffalo Calamari I've ever eaten!

Boston - St Patrick's Day 2007

Thought this guy had a funny shirt... spotted at the Black Rose late in the evening on St Patty's Day.
